In this book, we meet Colton and Chloe; two people from two totally different worlds. They didn’t realize they have a connection dating back to childhood.
Chloe’s family is old money and they want to arrange a marriage for her to keep the family name strong. She doesn’t want that.
Colton made a hasty mistake that he’s paying for now. Women issues seem to follow him everywhere.
The last thing either of them needs is to meet while Chloe is experiencing a drunken episode and lands on his doorstep.
The rest is history…. Quite literally.
This is a quick and fun book. Some steamy scenes. I wish it was longer so I could feel like the character's development was a little more believable.
The whole storyline with the second girl was too big to fully explore. Still a cute story.
