I have an obsession with dark high school bully romance and let me say that The Touch of A Villain is at the top of my list. This is my first experience with Holly Renee and what an introduction it was. 

The characters are written amazingly well.   Even the ones that you are meant to hate, will be emblazoned in your brain. Josie and Beck have a love/hate relationship, due to Josie’s step-brother. She wants him, he wants her, but is there an ulterior motive with Beck? The chemistry, the angst, the hatred...it’s all there. Everything you want in a romance book and then some.

Be forewarned that it does end in a cliffhanger, so I pray that we won’t have to wait too terribly long. Josie and Beck's story continues in book 2 of The Boys of Clermont Bay series. How I wish it was now!!

If you can actually open the book past the cover *wink* *wink* This book was amazing!!

I love a book with lies, secrets, and amazing chemistry, and this one has it all. Beck and Josie have all kinds of exciting things ... pushing and pulling them in all directions. Josie meets Beck when she is thrown into a life she knows nothing about, with just her last name. This means putting a huge target on her back for reasons she has no clue of. Beck plans to break her in his plot for revenge, but he has never met a girl like her. The question really is; will he break her before she breaks him???

This is a major page-turner so plan to read it in one sitting!!!!
