In this book, we meet January and Liam. Neighbors who built a friendship based off of being single parents and antagonizing each other.

January knows what she doesn't want. That happens to be a man. She's been there, done that, and has the scars; while Liam wants a mom for his son. When he moves in next door, their little town starts buzzing about who it could be. Luckily for the town, it's a sexy British vet. He is the ultimate eligible bachelor.

Unfortunately for January since she has sworn off men, this means she has a front-row seat to his comings and goings in the romance department. Since she can't join them, she's resigned to helping him find Mrs. Right. While assisting, they both realize that maybe what they want isn't so different after all.

This is a cute, sexy book. I love that all the couples are adults about their feelings and desires. They know they shouldn't but they cannot deny they want to so they do. I love how mature the children are about the whole situation. This book is the epitome of grown and sexy. It's refreshing, sometimes in the romance world, reading about similar situations can leave the reader feeling like the H's are a bit childish in how they handle these situations. You will NOT find that in these books. There is a little angst and that wretched self-denial/punishment thing that adults do sometimes, but you'll also find people going after and getting what they want. It's done so organically though, that you don't think about it until it's over.

Very good read. I definitely recommend this book.
