This story hit me hard, like a ton of bricks. It broke my soul and shred my heart. Then, L.B. eased my pain by piecing it back together. I’ve been craving James’ story and I am so glad that we finally got a look into his heart and soul, which is Evie.
With this story, we get so many emptions from love, to tragic loss and so much lust. James and Evie play a cat and mouse game that seems to go on for way too long. So much so, that I was yelling at my kindle. However, the slow build is what’s led them to where they needed to be. To rebuild the trust that they both so desperately needed. What a beautiful, yet agonizing love story. Your heart will break over and over again, although it’s just so amazingly beautiful. I dare to say that Silver Biker is my number one top read of 2020. A bittersweet ending to this standalone series. Grab your tissues and enjoy the ride.
