Every royal has their dirty little secret. His was… me.

It should have been simple.
Go to the ball, meet the prince, and secure his patronage for my favorite charity.
But beneath the mask, the brooding beast of a man was not at all who I expected.
He was dark and intense and eerily quiet.
When I left, I could still feel the ghost of his touch branded into my skin.
He haunted my dreams, but I never expected to see him again.
Then he came for me.
And he took me.
And I learned that his darkness was a void I never could have conceived.
He’s the crown prince of Norway.

And, now, I’m his captive.

Stealing Cinderella. A turn of the century, new-age, dark fairy tale retelling. Cinderella is at the top of my favorite fairy tales. Mix in dark and twisted and you have me hooked!! Princes and Kings and Queens and of course the evil step-sisters. As much as we despise these entitled evil women, there is something about Lavinia’s sinister sense of being. The evil is other worldly.

What I love so much about this story is that it’s Cinderella mixed with 50 Shades of Grey. Very adult. Very dark. Very erotic. I loved each and every second of this tale and I am so sad that it had to come to an end. This entire trilogy is amazing and if you have not indulged ones of these tales yet, pick up Stealing Cinderella. I will expect a thank you, later. Happy reading!
