Keri Lake gives
you a story. Within that story are twists and turns so epic, that you can never
imagine or expect what’s to come. I absolutely love the way that she tells a
scene. So descriptive, so detailed and so involved. If there is a death scene,
expect to feel that you are right there with the victim and experiencing what
they are. I devour each and every book that is written by Keri. I know, without
a doubt that I am going to fall in love with the characters and the plot with
everything that is written. These are books that you want to read and have on
your bookshelf at home. You’ll be thrilled to tell your friends that you have
something amazing for them to read. That will be one more person hooked and
awaiting her next release.
Master of Salt
& Bones is definitely one of my favorite reads of 2020. The mystery...the
suspense...the thrill of this book is beyond description. Lucian is not only
powerful, but a bad guy with a heart of gold. The last thing he expected was to
be attracted to his mother’s care giver. Isadora is young and beautiful, with a
sassy mouth. It’s actually what pulls Lucian to her. She stands up for what she
believes in and does not back down. She can only hope to pull his full
personality out from the dark depths of his troubled soul. MoS&B is so
amazingly written. You get your money’s worth with this book. It’s one the
longest books that I have read to date. With the amount of detail, it’s no
wonder it’s long. So amazing and I cannot wait to see what she has in store for
us next!
Keri Lake is a
dark romance writer who specializes in demon wrangling, vengeance dealing and
wicked twists. Her stories are gritty, with antiheroes that walk the line of
good and bad, and feisty heroines who bring them to their knees. When not penning books, she enjoys spending
time with her husband, daughters, and their rebellious Labrador (who doesn’t
retrieve a damn thing). She runs on strong coffee and alternative music, loves
a good red wine, and has a slight addiction to dark chocolate.
