This was a first for me from Lee Piper. I am in LOVE with her writing style. This book wasn’t anything like I had expected!

Tobias is a sexy as sin drummer in an up and coming band that totally blew it in a huge competition that could’ve been just what the band needed to pave the way to stardom.

Mae is a journalist on a mission. She NEEDS to find the story behind Tobias and the loss the band endured that railroaded their future for her career and her inheritance will be forever gone.

The ONLY complaint I have with this story was the length of it. It seemed to last forever for me and really didn’t need to. Other than that, I loved it, loved the characters and how dark it was. I really wish I read the precious books in the series first, but it wasn’t really needed to know what was going on between Mae and Tobias.
