For Three Seconds by C. Lymari: Release Blitz + Excerpt + Giveaway + Double Review

Title: For Three Seconds
Author: C. Lymari
Release: February 4, 2020
Genre: NA Sports Romance

I fell in love with Gavin Dunn when I was twelve. All it took was one game of spin the bottle and I was ruined.

One kiss, and three seconds, and no matter how many boys I kissed, they didn’t make me feel like he did.

The problem? He belonged to my best friend.

I kissed him first. She kissed him last.

He once chose me, and I chose her.

When everything in my life goes wrong, somehow, he’s always there to make it right. And as my best friend pulls away, he finds ways to get closer. I know that we are just waiting for three seconds before everything changes again.

I loved this book!! And it sort of surprises me. At times I did think it was a little slow or maybe even a little immature. But then the next second it was like wow.... they are only kids. And their lives have been so HARD!

I don't give a lot of Five Feathers but this one stayed with me. It's memorable, different and the writing is exceptional. I loved the characters too. Talk about depth and angst and just all the emotions. Just WOW!!!

Scar & Gav..... OMG what they go through to be together is incredible. Scar feels things hard. She's very emotional and it's like her emotional cup can't get full - when it does, she runs. She has so much to overcome it's incredible. And Gav is going to have to be so extremely patient and know when to hold on, when to push and when to let go. Will they make it? Will they be able to finally be together?

This is a MUST-READ book!!!!

Very Highly Recommend!!!

Ugh! Girl code am I right? Sometimes you have to do things you don't want to because of it. Like not listening to your heart when it tells you Gavin is the one. Gavin and Scarlett are childhood friends who share a three second kiss that changes their lives forever. Only problem is Gigi.. Scarlett's friend. So according to girl code, she has to back down (even though she totally kissed him first). Being the good friend that she is, with maybe a little confidence issue thrown in there, she does. The thing about girl code is that it doesn't consider the feelings of the boy and if the boy wants someone, especially one as determined as Gavin, it doesn't matter what code was being followed. Eventually Scarlett and Gigi become distant and Gavin sweeps in and sweeps her off her feet.

I love this story and how sweet it was.

I definitely recommend reading it.

Sometimes life came down to moments. Moments that seemed so insignificant that we didn’t know how it might impact the rest of our lives. In a moment, a little girl scared to hurt her best friend said no, and that changed everything. Now, in this moment, I was a woman, and I was terrified, but I wanted to take a leap and believe.

Claudia lives in the Chicagoland suburbs, and when she’s not busy chasing after her adorable little spawn, she’s fighting with the characters in her head. After not being able to keep up with them, she decided enough was enough and wrote her first novel. C. Lymari writes both sweet and dark romances that will give you all the feels. Her other talents include binge watching shows on Netflix and eating all kinds of chips.
