Whoa, this book exceeded my expectations. I always love Lani’s books, like LOVE her work but this book had me feeling all the feels. Lately there seems to be more of a personal touch to her stories and it’s AMAZING!
Callum was a hero from the start. He heard a woman being treated badly and he immediately went to her rescue without even a thought. Desi was caught by surprise but was smart enough to go along with it. That moment led to the start of a love story and boy; you don’t want to miss out on this one.
I loved that we got Desi and Callum’s story. These two were so in tuned with each other and with both being through so much their lives still meshed perfectly. As always with Lani’s books we get a glimpse of past characters and are introduced to new ones. I am SO excited to see what is in store for us next!!
I just love this new series! Lani Lynn Vale continues to outdo herself with each book. Just when you think it can’t get better, it does. This is an author that I just sign up for and purchase and not even need to read the synopsis. I know it’s always going to take my breath away. I know, without a shadow of a doubt, that it will be a top seller.Callum is my type of man. A man who is into real women. Women with some meat on their bones. Desi is full figured and when he sees her, he knows that she needs to be his. On top of the fact that he’s a hot cowboy with Southern manners, he knows how to speak to a lady. She’s not fat or thick. Nope...she has curves. How can you not fall for a family man with a personality that melts butter?Ugh, all I have to say is that Crazy Heifer is amazing. You won’t want to put it down. I can’t wait for the next in the series ... Chute Yeah!!
