Best of intentions by LK Farlow

Nate Reynolds is everything I shouldn’t want. Aside from being my best friend’s older brother, he’s a cocky, smooth-talking, panty-dropping playboy of a cop. And yet, I’m helplessly drawn to him.

His charm and good looks reduce me to a fumbling, mumbling teenaged version of myself, which pretty much guarantees that nothing will ever come of my silly crush.

Until the night of my best friend’s wedding.

Jenny Jones is the definition of innocence. She’s also my little sister’s best friend, making her completely off limits. She’s a forever kind of girl with hearts in her eyes, where I’ve always been more of a love ‘em and leave ‘em kind of guy.

Until a night spent between the sheets with her has me questioning everything I thought I wanted.

I tried my hardest to stay away, but you know what they say about the best intentions . . .

I love this book. One I get to visit old friends from Best Laid Plans and two. I was hoping to hear her story.
First, I love Jenny. She respects herself and that’s really important to me. I love that we have the same “affliction,” so I was able to identify with her. I love that she gained confidence as the book wore on.
Nate is flawsome. He is awesome because of his flaws. He’s a great brother, friend and a spectacular uncle. They couldn’t be any cuter together.
It’s a sweet, funny and steamy story (That Nate is something else, in the best way of course).

I really hope that Nates best friend gets his own story.

Name’s Kate, but I write as LK, and like it says, I’m a small town girl with a love for words. Like, really, that pretty much sums it up.

Kidding. I’m kidding.

I’m a life-long South Alabama native, with a love for all things Southern. From the accent (which I’m strangely lacking) to the food, it just makes my heart happy.

I have the most amazing husband on the planet, and 3 scrumpalicious Littles—for real, my fam jam is the best.

I’ve always loved reading and writing. So, my free time is filled with all things books and words.
