But when Max is sentenced to hours of community services and placed under the single mom’s thumb, working together proves harder than they ever expected, inspiring an unlikely love in the city.
*Can be read as a standalone*
This
was a first for me by Ms Nuss and I can honestly say it won’t be my last. I was
quite impressed and look forward to reading more of her work.
Whitley
has been a single mom for 8 years and is a dedicated lead in volunteering. This
is how the most popular movie star lands himself in her life.
Max,
yes you guessed it, is the bigtime movie star. You’d think he’s pretty arrogant
since he’s so famous, at least that’s what Whitley has set him up as.
This
story had my heart and usually my heart goes to rock stars but DANGIT if it’s
been swayed with a movie star. Wow!!!
Max is just a dreamboat!! And the way he
is with Zane, every single mom’s dream! Love, love, LOVED this book!

Steph Nuss was born and raised in rural Kansas, where she currently resides with her black Labrador son named Gunner. She grew up with a passion for reading and writing. When she’s not immersed into the land of fiction, she enjoys listening to music that came before her time, watching movies and reruns of her favorite shows, and hanging out with her family and friends. She also has a bachelor’s degree in psychology that she’ll never use…unless she’s profiling her characters of course.
