Taboo. Wrong. Off limits.
I know the drill. I know the rules.
But damn, if he doesn’t get under my skin.
And into my bed.

There’s no reason for a woman like me,
Successful, established, independent,
To ever be sleeping with a younger man.
A younger man with a hard, rugged, sculptured body.
A body that can go all night.

All night.
I can’t resist, can’t turn him down.
Can’t walk away.
Because I’ve never known pleasure like this.
Chase Nolan walked into my life and disrupted my perfect little world.
And made it so much better.

Enjoy it while you can, Jillian.
Because there’s no way there’s a future for us.
After all, is he barely even legal?

WOW! What an amazing new author for me. I’ve not read Bree before but I can say I will be adding her books to my TBR list!

Legal is really fantastic!!! Not only are there very strong characters but the back characters are amazing too!! Her BFF is just too much!!! I don’t normally like being in the characters head too much but I found Jillian so funny it was ok. It’s not overkill…..there is conversation…..but being in her head was a trip!

I loved Chase! You would think he would be immature and hard to connect with….but the writing is so amazing that he’s amazing!

The only thing I can say bad is that I think it could have been longer, maybe even a 2- or 3-book series. More of both main characters back story and even more with the BFF’s story (a wedding scene would have been amazing), maybe even a future epilogue? But as it is it’s an amazing standalone book!!!

I want to end this with JUST GO READ this book!!!! You won’t be sorry!

Highly Recommend!!!

Bree Dahlia is an unconventional romance junkie. She loves reading it but adores writing it even more. Her stories range from lighthearted to sizzling with that satisfying Happily Ever After ending and a touch of the unexpected. She favors themes of friendship, forgiveness, and unconditional love with alpha characters and eccentric tastes.

She holds degrees that she does nothing with and has experienced a long string of jobs that have left her unfulfilled. Only as an author, has she truly found her passion. When not crafting stories in her small Wisconsin town, she hikes unbeaten trails, watches hockey games, and wishes she didn’t detest cooking so much.

Dahlia is her middle name. Her last name is more suitable for a horror writer.

  1. Thanks so much, Gretchen! I'm thrilled that you liked it so much! I felt like you were reading my mind because at my editor's suggestion, I've decided to do a second book, and I've already planned pretty much everything you mentioned. That really made me smile hard! Thanks again :)

    1. Oh thank goodness.....I'm so glad not only that you weren't offended but that you are going to take my suggestions!!!!! OMG that's like amazing!!! There's so many places the story could go.....weddings, babies....and I wouldn't be sorry if something "happened" to Chase's co-worker that hangs all over him!!!! ;) Please let us know if there's another book and I'll definitely promote you here and everywhere!!!

  2. Oh, wow... I wasn't the tiniest bit offended. Quite the opposite! I really appreciated the wonderful review! Yes, there are many places the story could go and I have a ton of ideas. HaHa... Cassie does deserve to be put in her place once and for all :) I have another book to finish up, but I'm hoping to have the second Legal (not sure of a name yet) out by Oct/Nov. Thanks so much for the support, Gretchen - it is very much appreciated!
