Kate Mason at twenty-three, feels as though she has lived through enough sorrow and pain to fill generations of lifetimes. On the outside, she wears a beautiful mask. On the inside, she’s a million, jagged, broken pieces. She blames herself, not only for her parent’s death, but for her brother’s blindness.

For Kate there is no hope of silencing the chaos in her head. There is no forgiveness for what she has done to her family, or herself. There will never be anyone to love her and her shattered past.

Cooper Sullivan recently moved to Malibu and was immediately adopted by a stray black lab he named Sadie. Cooper soon realizes there is something very special about Sadie when she is drawn to a beautiful woman, with a kaleidoscope of emotions that churn deep in her eyes.

Cooper sees Kate’s broken pieces scattered all around her, but he finds himself wanting to show her just how beautiful each piece is. Underneath her mask, he sees an even more beautiful woman, and he wants to help her put the broken pieces back together.

When you are broken you can never be fully put back together. There are always tiny slivers here and there that can never be replaced.

Can Kate finally silence the noise enough to forgive herself and hear the one thing she desires most?

Can one truly hear…love?

WOW!!!! Goodness. I'm in a major book hangover here!!! This book is so FANtastic!!!! This book is what I save my Five Feather reviews for!

Cooper, Sadie & Kate - just wow!!

If you read, I See...Love then you know about the Mason siblings. Stephen, River & Kate. The 1st book is about River, who is blind. The 2nd book is about Kate, who has too many voices in her head, and the 3rd book will be about Stephen who seems to have a hard time with words. The three of them lost their parents in a car accident at fifteen, ten and five. Of course this changed each of their lives but in very different ways.

Kate, being only five when her parents died, remembers more the noises she heard. They are on a constant loop in her head. In order to silence them she has tried all sorts of measures, including trying suicide. She's done with her intense rehab and is living at her brother, River, house on the beach. Two houses down.....Kate meets a friend that lives there.

Sadie is amazing. She has so much heart and soul. And she knows how to read emotion like nothing I've ever heard of. She also happens to be a dog. Well.....maybe she's a dog.....I'm not sure since she acts so much like a human!!!!

Kate is having a hard day. She's at the beach and here comes this dog running towards her. She's so lost that she doesn't even see Sadie she just suddenly feels her nudging her hand, giving her comfort.

For all that is possible, Cooper is Sadie's owner. Sometimes it seems like it's the other way around. Cooper is so awesome. He's just....wow....so amazing!!! I wish I could order me one. He's compassionate and understanding but so gentlemanly. He's exactly what Kate needs.

Ok. I've given you enough....YOU HAVE TO READ for yourself!!! LOL You will not be sorry!!! This book is FANtastic!!!! Annalisa you have done it again!!! Love her and her books but this series....it's just amazing!!!!

Highly Recommend!!!

PS:  I feel you really need to read book one first. Annalisa does a great job filing in the blanks and so you may not be totally lost reading this as a standalone but I thing you will miss too much of their past if you don't read, I See...Love first.
