Julia Fisher was everything to me. I loved her and would have done anything for her. But the night she walked out of my life, after deciding I wasn't good enough for her, I got out of town as fast as I could.
After six years, I'm coming home.
Now I am going to make it my mission to rub everything she gave up in her face. No matter how much I still love her, I need to bury it deep inside me because she chose him.

Brian Evans broke my heart—shattered every piece of my soul when he left. He decided that I wasn't worth the wait.

Now he's back in town.

He is a constant reminder of the pain that I endured at his hands. I won’t let him break me again.

A lot can happen in six years. People move on, fall in love again, and forget about the pain from the past. Seeing his face, hearing his voice, brings me back to a time when things were simple and love was enough for us.

I can't let him know that a part of me still loves him.

Now that they are brought face to face again, will they destroy each once more or will they discover that things aren't always what they seem? Are some bonds unbreakable? Are some people worth losing everything you have?

This is a full length book that has sneak peeks of Hidden In Lies by Rachael Duncan and Take Me Away by S Moose at the end.

Julia and Brian's story is sorta....sad. Did they really waste eight years of what could have been a great relationship on a lie and a misunderstanding?

Julia is leaving for the summer. She's going out of the country for a once in a lifetime opportunity. The thing that happens the night before she leaves will alter people's lives for years.

Brian and Julia are an amazing couple. They get along like peas & carrots. With on major exception - DAN. Dan is Julia's BFF and there's never been anything more than a friendship. However, maybe that's just on Julia's part? Dan definitely wants more and Brian can see it. This creates a lot of tension between him and Julia.

What Dan does the night before she leaves is epically bad! Julia has no idea and Brian is just so jealous this just punches him in the gut. He disappears, not telling Julia bye or anything.

Julia leaves and when she gets back he's still gone. She moves on with things. Eight years goes by. She kinda falls into a comfortable routine with Dan. She loves him, but he doesn't have her heart. She just can't give him something that Brian took with him. Even after eight years.

Brian's come home! she bought the house within view of where Julie and Dan live. He's worming his way back into her life. What's Dan gonna do? He knows he's always been second and the only reason he got her was because he left. When a man is pushed and pushed - to what extent will he go to?

You won't believe this story! What Dan does. The lies and secrets. The misunderstanding. It's HOT and action packed. Sensitive and creative. Just a wonderful read! WOW! Definitely a must read!!

This book is FANtastic! Loved the characters and the story! Alexis Noelle is an amazing writer!!! The weaving in and out of the characters lives and having it all come around in the end is just freaking awesome!!!

Highly Recommend!!

I love reading romance books! I feel like being able to lose yourself in a book in one of the more exciting aspects. The books I love to read and write will be ones that make you feel for the characters. You should have an opinion on every character in a book. Whether you love them, hate them, or think they are up to something.

I live in Philadelphia Pennsylvania with my husband, two kids, and two dogs. On top of starting a writing career I am a full time student, and a full time mom. I love spending time with my kids, although I have to hide the computer from them when I am writing! I love being active and being able to do any activity outdoors.

I have always thought as an author the most important critic is your reader, so I would love to hear from you. If you read the book and loved it or hated it, tell me. As long as it is in a constructive way I will always answer and interact with you. I want fans to feel free to tell me what they want for the characters in the story and what they want to see happen.
